It’s okay not to feel okay
Whatever you’re going through, Lifeline WA is here to help.
Life has its ups and downs and it’s completely normal to feel low, sad, stressed or worried from time to time. Mental health, like physical health, shifts and changes, sometimes we’re coping well, other times we feel like we’re just getting by.
Maybe you’ve noticed you’re withdrawing from others. Maybe you’re finding everyday things harder than usual, or struggling with emotions that feel too heavy to carry. Whether you’re facing a recent life event, ongoing stress, or something you can’t quite name, what you’re feeling is valid.
We’re here to listen 24/7
Support is always available in the way that works best for you, whether you choose to call, text, or chat with us online.

How are you feeling today?
We all experience difficult times in different ways.
You might be feeling exhausted or unmotivated, sad or tearful, worried or constantly on edge, or lonely even when you’re around others. You might feel irritable, angry, or overwhelmed, like nothing brings joy anymore, numb or disconnected, or unsure how to get through the day. You don’t need to wait until things reach a crisis point.
Talking to someone early can help ease the load and support you in finding a way forward.
