Support for individuals
Counselling
Lifeline WA offers counselling for children, young people and adults living in WA, who are experiencing parental separation or bereavement. You can refer yourself, a friend, family member, or client. We provide up to 12 free and confidential sessions, which can be held at our Subiaco head office, over Zoom, or by phone.
Life After Separation Workshops
Separation can be a difficult and emotional time, especially when children are involved. Lifeline WA's Life After Separation workshop is designed to help separated parents build skills for successful co-parenting and prioritise their child’s wellbeing.
Grief Workshops
If you're navigating the pain of losing a loved one, you're not alone. Lifeline WA's Grief Workshop is a supportive, counsellor-led program designed to help you better understand your experience and learn practical strategies to cope with grief.
