Lifeline WA
You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable
Suicidal thoughts can happen to anyone, and you’re not alone in experiencing them. You may be feeling pain, hopelessness, or isolation, and it can seem like there’s no way forward. It’s okay to have these feelings, but reaching out and sharing how you’re feeling can make a difference. Lifeline WA is here for you. We understand, we listen, and we’re ready to support you through this.
We’re here to listen 24/7
Support is always available in the way that works best for you, whether you choose to call, text, or chat with us online.

How will talking help?
Life can throw a lot at us. When it all becomes too much, speaking with someone who will truly listen can make a world of difference.
Our trained Crisis Supporters are here to:
- Listen without judgment
- Sit with you in your pain
- Offer a safe space to share what you’re feeling
- Help you explore ways to stay safe and feel supported
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have a plan. You just need to take that first step and reach out.
Your Life Is Important
What to expect when you reach out
When you call 13 11 14, send a text to 0477 13 11 14, or start a chat with us online, you’ll be connected with a trained Crisis Supporter who’s ready to listen.
We know it can feel difficult to reach out, but our team will meet you with compassion and respect every time. If there’s a short wait, please hold on. Your call, text, or chat is important, and we’ll connect with you as soon as we can.
Once you’re connected, you can talk about whatever is on your mind. You don’t need to share your name, and we’ll work with you to understand what you need right now. If you’re in crisis, we can also help you create a plan to stay safe.
Your life matters
At Lifeline WA, we know that even in the darkest moments, having the right support can make a real difference. Asking for help doesn’t make you weak — it’s a brave and powerful step. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. We’re here to listen, support, and walk alongside you, 24/7.
