Lifeline WA’s 14th Annual Black Diamond Gala Dinner

It was a night filled with generosity, compassion and connection, as more than 700 guests came together for the 14th Annual Black Diamond Gala Dinner in support of Lifeline WA’s life-saving work.

With hearts full and paddles raised, this year’s Gala surpassed all expectations, raising an incredible $500,000 to support 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services for Western Australians in need.

Held in the spirit of connection, the evening wasn’t just a celebration of giving. It was a reflection of our shared belief that every life matters and that no one should have to face their darkest moments alone.

From backyard conversations to national impact

The Black Diamond Gala Dinner has humble beginnings, what began as a spark of an idea shared over drinks in Rohan and Toni Milne’s backyard has become a cornerstone of Western Australia’s philanthropic calendar. The couple’s generosity and vision laid the foundation for this annual event, with Rohan Jewellers donating exquisite, custom-designed jewellery year after year, including this year’s breathtaking piece featuring a rare Argyle Champagne Diamond.

For Rohan, every piece created in support of Lifeline WA carries profound personal meaning.
