Lifeline WA will respond to more than 10,000 crisis calls this December.
Each conversation is more than just a number.
Our help-seekers are real people, with real lives.
These are conversations with West Australians experiencing crisis including loneliness, financial stress and suicidal thoughts. We believe no one should have to face these moments alone. Often, all it takes is one conversation – a person who listens without judgement, offers empathy, and helps someone find a way back to hope.
That’s why Lifeline WA exists, to ensure that every West Australian has someone to turn to, day or night.
Our Lights for Lifeline WA appeal raises vital funds to meet the demand during the festive season, which is for some, the most challenging time of year.

To support 10,000 conversations this December, we need to raise $12,500 every single day.
Across 31 days, that adds up to $390,000.
It’s an ambitious target, but one we believe the generous WA community and our corporate supporters can achieve together.
As an essential service, we rely on your support to keep our lights on and deliver vital 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, exactly when Australians need us most.
Will you help keep our lights burning bright this festive season?
