Support Lifeline WA in The Push-Up Challenge 2026

Every day in Western Australia, lives are impacted by suicide. More than one Western Australian loses their life each day — a heartbreaking reality that affects families, workplaces and communities across our state.

At Lifeline WA, we know that timely, compassionate support can save lives. Last year, more than 100,000 Western Australians reached out to us for help. When someone is struggling or experiencing crisis, it is vital that Lifeline WA is there to answer the call, text or chat — so no one has to face their darkest moments alone.

By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge and fundraising for Lifeline WA, you’ll be helping us continue this life-saving work. $39 helps us respond to the next call for help, but with only one-third of our service funded by government, we rely on the generosity of our community now more than ever.

Our volunteer Crisis Supporters are the heart of what we do. Every dollar you raise helps us recruit and train more volunteers, expanding our capacity to support Western Australians in crisis — 24 hours a day, every day.

We have a bold vision: a community free of suicide. Our purpose is to prevent suicide, support people in crisis, and break down the stigma that stops people from reaching out.

By supporting Lifeline WA through The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping build a safer, more connected community — one push-up, and one life-changing conversation, at a time.
