Course Description:
Psychological safety is the shared belief among team members that the environment is safe for interpersonal risk-taking. In high psychological-safety environments people report and learn from mistakes, contribute ideas, and ask for help when needed. This workshop explores what psychological safety means within a team environment and provides practical guidance on how to develop it. Leaders will learn strategies to build trust, encourage open communication, and enhance team performance.
