Course Description:
Talking About Sexual Harassment provides participants with an overview of sexual harassment and practical guidelines on how to respond when witnessing disrespectful behaviour or sexual harassment. The session emphasises proactive and supportive actions to contribute to a more respectful workplace.
Objectives
- Identify behaviours that constitute sexual harassment.
- Apply the Look Out, Listen/Act, Link Up framework to witnessing workplace sexual harassment or supporting individuals who may have experienced it.
- Name available support services for people affected by sexual harassment.

- Anyone prepared to increase their understanding and take appropriate action if they encounter workplace sexual harassment.
