Frequently asked questions

Is the training suitable for all staff levels, including leadership?

Yes. We offer sessions for all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership. We also provide specialised training for managers to help them recognise signs of distress, have supportive conversations, and lead with empathy.

Can the training be delivered online, in-person, or in a hybrid format?

Yes. We offer flexible delivery options including in-person workshops, live virtual sessions, and hybrid formats to suit your team’s location and preferences.

What is the lead time required to book a session?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for customisation. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

How many participants can attend each session? Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

Group size depends on the type of workshop being delivered. For interactive sessions, we recommend up to 24 participants to ensure meaningful engagement and discussion. Some workshops are designed for smaller groups, while others, such as keynote-style presentations can accommodate larger audiences. We’re happy to advise on the ideal group size based on your chosen session.

Can sessions be scheduled outside of regular working hours?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What is the cost of the training, and what does it include?

Pricing depends on the session length, group size, and level of customisation. All costs include facilitation, preparation, and participant resources. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Can you provide feedback or reporting after the sessions?

Yes. We can provide a summary report with participant feedback, key themes, and recommendations to support your ongoing wellbeing strategy.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes. We understand that plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling options and a clear cancellation policy, which we’ll share with you during the booking process.
